Instructions for use:
Criteria for HSC “Official Business” Messages:
Only UF HSC Vice-Presidents, Deans, Department Chairs and Directors (or designee) are authorized to send ‘Official Business’ email messages.- Authored and submitted by the Senior Vice President, Health Affairs, an HSC Vice President, Dean, Director or Department Chair. Include full name, title and email address of the author in message.
- To send information regarding university or HSC policy and procedure, announce senior level personnel changes, or convey emergency information.
- Submitted from UF email addresses that end in “UFL.EDU”.
Send email announcements meeting the above criteria to allhsc-l@lists.ufl.edu. Sender will receive email requesting confirmation before approval and distribution by the listserv moderator. Contact Marian Boyle with questions.

Most email listservs do not permit Attachments or HTML within body of message.
The ‘allhsc’ listserv refers to faculty and staff lists created and managed by HSC colleges, departments and affiliated units. Individual HSC colleges and/or units are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their lists. Anyone who discovers they are not receiving ‘allhsc’ email announcements should contact their Dean’s Office representative to ensure their email address is included on the appropriate list.
E-mail list management tips are available for HSC faculty and staff who create and manage these listservs.
Be advised, if anti-spam settings identify your message as potential spam, your message may be rejected and you will be unable to post messages to any list for 48 hours.
